1) Is the event accessible?

2) Can I pay with exercise or cultural vouchers?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept these vouchers as payment instruments.

3) Is the assistant of a disabled client eligible for a discount on the ticket?
Yes. Assistants can purchase a children’s ticket.

4) Can the shows be photographed or video recorded?
Photography is allowed but without a flash. Video recording, however, is NOT allowed.

5) I lost some of my belongings at the circus. What to do?

6) How to proceed if the ticket is purchased through Ticketmaster?
Advance tickets by Ticketmaster entitle to direct entry to the performance. Mobile tickets are accepted as well.

7) Is your tent heated when the weather is cold?
We have good heating equipment. We recommend standard outerwear.
